I left a comment in the wrong place, but, again, I am L. E. Modesitt, Jr., and I ‘m still alive, and the only one who wrote the books under my name. My father(L. E. Modesitt, Sr.) was an attorney and wrote legal articles and briefs, but not books. Incidentally, he lived in the Littleton/Cherry Hills/ Centennial area for most of his life.
